Building an Advanced Culinary Culture, the global pathway to “Regenerate at Modern State “ to a Local, Organic, Seasonal Food Ecosystem and Fresh Water Supply, servicing the 83% of US Population that lives in or near a Major Metro 89% by 2050, in tandem -revitalizing Impoverished Rural America, largest concentration of “Food Deserts” & Starving Children,
HISTORY
In 1995 founder Mahdi Schindelheim Executive Chef and Restaurateur envisioned a problematic global food ecosystem, consumer behavior down trends, and subsequently massive amounts food waste. This unfortunate realization ended his 25-year culinary career. In 2004 search for prevention tools began with Simple Cooking, INC and “Learn how to Cook like a Chef” an instructional DVD Series and evolved into KillerChef TV INC from 2010-2014 a Live Streaming Internet Show Cooking Episodes combined with Comedy Skits spoof on cooking celebrities-based Oxford/Harvard 40-year study ~Education using Comedy Humor higher levels of Attendance 85-95% & Retention 80-85% Plus the KillerChef professional software application concept began. Combination of ProChef standardization, unique End-User Interface , humor education method. In 2017 KillerChef.APP was born with the “KillerChef ProSystem” innovation . Over the next 5 years based on current consumer problems , needs, human factors design; KillerChef.APP “The Culinary of Things” ProChef A.I. Cloud Platform emerged.
